Introduces the fundamentals of marketing. Provided an overview of relationship marketing,  product development, pricing, promotion, marketing research, consumer behavior, international marketing, distribution, and internal marketing to employees.

Introduced the topic of neurobiology of trait-like differences in fear and anxiety, including neural circuits, molecular genetic pathways, and epigenetic. Furthermore it focused on the individual differences in behavior and biology that can elevate risk for development of depression and impulse control disorders.

Focuses on the social influence and factors of individuals and interpersonal relationships. Provided an overview of the thought processes, feelings and behaviors affected everyday as a result of social interactions. For the final project, an original study was developed using the principles we learned.

Analyzed the research and theory components of successful interpersonal relationships and its importance in daily social interactions. Focused on the communication, conflict resolution, issues, and development of human relationships. Highlighted the foundation of a successful relationship to minimize conflicts.

A brief overview of the fundamentals of financial management. Students gained knowledge of the importance in maximizing shareholder value, conducting and understanding financial statements, and how to make corporate decisions regarding risk and return.

Studied the various dance styles such as classical ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, improv, and jazz. Emphasized the power of dance with story telling. Provided a new outlook of movement as a means of communication for emotions, feelings, and thoughts.

Understanding social media's impact on society, culture, business, and politics. The affect of technological advancements and the increase in social media usage in everyday communication. Knowledge about social media's role in individuals from the Baby Boomers to Generation Z. The final paper examined the positives and benefits of a social media platform of our choosing.

Explores the controversial topic of race in regards to the historical roots and the impact it has in the twenty first century. Emphasized the importance of recognizing what race is and how it affects us on a daily basis. Creates a different perspective on self-identities and self-perceptions.
